What am I covered for?
You can find everything you need to know about your cover in your membership documents. Your Membership Certificate tells you the name of the plan you are covered under.
- Membership handbook - provides an in-depth explanation of your cover. The handbook must be read in conjunction with your other membership documents.
- Important changes Leaflet - explains any key changes that we may have made to the plan since last year
- Travel cover - details of our travel cover if this is included in the plan. If you have this additional cover this will be noted on your Membership Certificate.
Please make sure you choose the documents for the plan you have. You’ll find the name of your plan on your Membership Certificate.
