Terms & Conditions - AXA Health M&S voucher offer for brokers (December 2024)

 

These terms and conditions apply to our AXA Health M&S voucher offer for brokers. 

Subject to these terms, when you (the “Customer”) purchase an Eligible Plan (as defined below), between 1st  January 2025 to 31st January  2025 (the “Offer Period”), from a Broker (as defined below), the Customer will be sent a £200 M&S gift voucher, via email, subject to availability.

The promoter of this offer is AXA PPP Healthcare Group Limited (registered number 03148346), whose registered office is at 20 Gracechurch Street, London EC3V 0BG. AXA Health, (“we” or “us”). We are a service company to AXA Health (as defined below), and both companies are part of the AXA Group.

“AXA Group” means AXA UK Plc and its subsidiary companies, any holding company of AXA UK Plc and any subsidiary companies of such holding company, as such terms are defined in section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006.

“AXA Health” means AXA PPP healthcare Limited. 

“Broker” means an agent who is authorised to act in the interests of AXA Group and sell an Eligible Plan to the Customer.  

“Eligible Plan” means the (i) Personal Health plan or, (ii) Health for You, individual UK private medical insurance plan underwritten by AXA PPP healthcare Limited.

AXA Health marketing incentive: 

1. To take advantage of this offer, the Customer must purchase an Eligible Plan from a Broker.

2. Subject to these terms, and following the purchase of an Eligible Plan from a Broker within the Offer Period, Buyapowa Ltd will email the Customers with a URL which will enable the Customers to each select their one gift via the Buyapowa Ltd website. Buyapowa Ltd will send the selected gift to the Customers. If the Customer has opted to pay monthly, the selected gift will, subject to successful payment of the first two months premium, be issued within 70 days of purchase of the Eligible Plan.  If the Customer chooses to pay for the Eligible Plan annually, the selected gift will be sent within 28 days of receiving their full annual payment. The selected gift will be sent by email to the email addresses that the Customers provided when they registered on the Buyapowa Ltd website. 

3. For this offer to apply, the Customer must: 

  • Be at least 18 years old; 
  • Purchase an Eligible Plan from a Broker between the Offer Period; and
  • The Customer must not, and cannot have in the last three months, been a member of any individual or corporate plan, policy or trust scheme underwritten or administered by AXA PPP healthcare Limited or AXA PPP healthcare Administration Services Limited.

4. There is only one Offer Period:

5. Any Eligible Plan purchased before or after the Offer Period, will not be eligible to receive a gift. 

6. Any Eligible Plan that has not been purchased via a Broker, will not be eligible to receive a gift. 

7. If the Customer fails to comply with these terms, they shall not be entitled to receive a gift. 

8. This offer is non-transferable with no cash alternative. The offer is limited to one gift per policy and may be withdrawn at any time or substituted for an equivalent product.

9. The Customers personal data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing the offer. AXA Health will comply with all requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018.

10. AXA Health reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, cancel or amend this offer at any time without notice.

11. AXA Health is not liable for any gift that is lost, stolen, or unused unless these are caused by AXA Health’s negligence. 

12. By taking advantage of this offer, the Customer agrees that AXA Health are not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with this offer or use of the gift (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, income or goodwill), save for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including fraud, gross negligence or for death or personal injury caused by our or our affiliates’ negligence).

13. AXA Health reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms & conditions, the Customers shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.

14. The terms and conditions of the offer do not alter or vary the terms and conditions of any AXA policy which may be purchased.

15.If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

16.This offer is subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
