Ingredients
Makes: 4 servings
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Chill time: 120 minutes
- 180ml white chocolate flavoured milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 500g 0% fat Greek yoghurt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 150g raspberries
- 40g pistachios, deshelled and crushed
Method
Pour the milk into a saucepan along with the honey and vanilla extract and gently heat.
Don’t let it boil and mix until all combined.
Spoon the Greek yoghurt into a bowl and pour the mixture on top.
Mix together very well before transferring to individual bowls.
Chill in the fridge for 2 hours then serve with the raspberries and crushed pistachios on top.
Healthy swaps/tips
- To give it a sweeter taste add in a little more honey.
- Swap in your favourite berries or nuts to make the topping.
- To get your desired consistency reduce or increase the amount of milk used.
