Ingredients
(Makes 2 servings)

Freeze time: Overnight
- 4 cups fresh strawberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Method
Cut the tops off the strawberries and slice into quarters.
Place the strawberries, honey, Greek yoghurt and lemon juice into a food processor.
Process for 2-3 minutes or until creamy, ensuring that lumps have been eradicated.
Place in a food container and freeze for 6 hours (or preferably overnight) before serving.

For a dairy free alternative try swapping the Greek yogurt for coconut yoghurt.
Agave nectar can make a great alternative for honey when looking to add the natural sweetness.
