Ingredients
Makes 2 servings
Preparation time: 5 minutes
- 250ml almond milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 30g baby spinach
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp ground flax seeds
Method
Combine all of the ingredients into a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth.
Healthy swaps and tips
- Use your favourite milk, whether that's cow's milk or another milk alternative, like oat milk.
- You can always add in some extra fruit like blueberries or a frozen berry mix. If you do use a frozen mix there's no need to include ice cubes.
- If you have over ripe bananas, freeze them and use them in your smoothie too!
