Ingredients
Makes 6 servings
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 35 minutes
- 600g fat free natural yoghurt
- 1 egg
- 240g oats
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 480g blueberries
Method
Heat the oven to 200C and mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour the mixture into a 2L ovenproof dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until it's piping hot in the middle.
Healthy swaps
- Why not batch bake these and have them over the week! Simply store in the fridge and reheat in the microwave until they are hot through.
- You can use flavoured yoghurt if you wish.
- Why not add in other berries or a banana!
