Crumbles can be a delicious way to use some of the seasonal fruit that the autumn brings.
While we have written this recipe as an individual serving, that doesn’t mean you can’t use it for a crowd pleaser – you’ll just need more ramekins to cook them all in!

Homemade Apple Cinnamon Syrup Latte
Apple and rhubarb crumble with oat and walnut topping
Ingredients
Makes 1 serving
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
- 80g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 15g butter
- 10g ground almonds
- 3 walnuts, crushed
- 1 tsp agave
- Ground cinnamon
Method
Pre heat the oven to 200°C.
Place the berries into a ramekin (small baking dish) and press down to ensure room for the crumble topping.
In a bowl, rub together the butter with the ground almonds until it forms a breadcrumb consistency.
Stir in the crushed walnuts and agave syrup until well combined.
Press the crumble mixture on top of the berries in the ramekin until covered.
Lightly dust with cinnamon and place in the oven for 20 minutes until golden on top.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
