Mental Health First Aid - Introduction

Our Mental Health First Aid - Aware training course will provide your employees with an informative introduction to important topics surrounding mental health and wellbeing, helping to raise awareness in your workplace.

Mental Health First Aid - Two Day

Our Mental Health First Aider training course will give your workplace a certified mental health first aider for three years. Employees will learn the skills to help them to support their colleagues mental wellbeing.

Know Your Numbers Health Assessments

Our Know Your Numbers health assessments are led by our expert physiologists. Each assessment will last fifteen minutes and provides your employees with key health indicators so they can take charge of their health.

Seminars and Webinars

We offer a range of onsite seminars, which can also be delivered online as a webinar, led by either a physiologist, dietician or nutritionist. Topics include physical activity and health, menopause, resilience and nutrition.


Mental Health First Aid - Introduction

£14201 for a private on-site or online course, up to 25 employees

Our Mental Health First Aid – Aware course is delivered by our knowledgeable mental health first aid instructors. The course will raise awareness in your workplace by providing your employees with an informative introduction to mental health.

Once completed, your employees will receive a certificate of attendance from Mental Health First Aid England, a useful manual and toolkits to support their own mental health.

This course is delivered in approximately four hours (9:00 - 13:00 or 13:00 - 17:00) and we can deliver it online or on-site at your business.


Mental Health First Aid - Two Day

£3,1001 for a private on-site or online course, up to 16 employees

Our Mental Health First Aid – First Aider course will provide your employees with three years certification as a Mental Health First Aider. This course will delve into what can affect wellbeing, how to spot warning signs in their colleagues and how to guide them to the right support.

Not only will it develop their skills and confidence in managing their colleague’s mental wellbeing, but it will also help develop their own resilience.

Once completed, your employees will receive their Mental Health First Aider qualification and certificate which lasts for three years. Your employees will also continue to be supported by Mental Health First Aid England with resources including their 24/7 MHFaider support app.

This course is delivered in two days (9:00 - 17:00). We can provide private online or on-site courses for your business. For private courses, we also deliver this course over four days, 9:00 - 13:00 or 13:00 - 17:00.


Know Your Numbers Health Assessments

From £895, up to 24 assessments delivered on-site1

Led by our expert physiologists, our fifteen minute Know Your Numbers assessments will equip your employees with the information they need to improve their health. Your employees will gain insight into key health indicators including their blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar levels and body mass index.

The physiologists will also provide tailored advice, helping your employees take charge of their health and make sustainable lifestyle changes and choices.

The assessments can be provided in one day between 9:00 – 16:30. This can include up to 24 x 15-minute assessments. You just need to provide a private room.

Webinars and Seminars

We have seminars/webinars aimed at all employees and some aimed at managers and leaders. Frequently Asked Questions

Our Mental Health First Aid – Aware introductory training and Mental Health First Aiders - Two day training courses are delivered by one of our experienced AXA Health Mental Health First Aid instructors. The training is certified by Mental Health First Aid England.

Our Know Your Numbers health assessment days are led by our qualified AXA Health physiologists.

Our seminars and webinars are led by either a physiologist, dietician or nutritionist.

If you choose the online option for our mental health first aid training courses, these will be delivered online using Zoom/Microsoft Teams. We ask that cameras are on for the duration of the course to help with interactivity and to ensure the best learner experience and safety.

If you select a private, on-site, mental health training course or a Know Your Numbers assessment day, these are delivered in-person at your workplace.

Webinars are hosted on GoToWebinar, with a maximum of 1000 participants. Full instructions will be provided by AXA Health before the date of your webinar.

Seminars are delivered in-person at your workplace.

All attendees will receive a link for the MHFA website where they will need to sign up and will also need to register to the Mental Health First Aid England platform 'Enably'. All booking forms will need to be completed 10 days prior to the course commencement date.

We will send a Microsoft Teams or Zoom link ahead of the online courses which they will need to access the training.

Attendees will need to attend all live sessions and complete all self-learning to complete the course.

On completion, attendees of our Mental Health Aware course will receive: 

  • Certificate of completion from Mental Health First Aid England

On completion, attendees of our Mental Health First Aider course will receive: 

  • Certification as a Mental Health First Aider which lasts for three years
  • A hard copy workbook to support their learning throughout the course
  • Access to the MHFaider Support App for three years.

At their assessment, employees will be provided with their written results which they’ll be able to discuss during the session and get tailored health advice to support their wellbeing.
