We aim to continue the underwriting terms you have and to continue to cover conditions which were eligible with your current provider, subject to the terms and benefits of the new cover. In some cases (i.e. groups of 1 or 2), we may apply additional exclusions for conditions treated recently or for which treatment is planned or pending.
We just need each member's insurance certificate which will confirm the underwriting that will be transferred, as well as confirmation of the dates of your cover. Alternatively, if you are the person setting up your plan, you just need to give permission to your current provider to share these with us directly and they will release these to us on your behalf.
When you switch your business health insurance to us, there are no forms or paperwork. It’s a completely paperless application, with no individual medical declarations required.
There’s just one question that we ask you to answer, to the best of your knowledge, on behalf of your employees (see below). And we don’t need to carry out any medical checks on your employees when you take out your plan.

It’s often easier for you to send over your renewal paperwork, which holds all the information we need. It’s also known as a ‘membership statement’.
We aim to save you up to 10% on the renewal of your current provider depending on the information provided.
We can backdate your policy by up to 30 days and you may also have a 14 day cooling off period with your current provider.

At AXA Health, we know that circumstances can change for every business, which is why you can tailor your cover options at the start of your policy and every renewal, building a plan that's best for your business and budget. However, you can't change your cover options at any other time.
Yes. Our plans are flexible and you can add or remove members. All costs are pro rata and there are no admin fees applied to make these changes throughout the policy.
We will provide you with a presentation based on the quote that you have chosen which we can present to you/your decision makers and employees (pre/post sale) either via a video call or we can come and meet you at a time and place that’s convenient for you.
