Our medical teams, including nurses and a wide variety of healthcare professionals, can answer the questions you might often wish you could ask.
Our Health Support services do not diagnose or prescribe and is not designed to replace your GP. Any information you share with us is confidential and will not be shared with other parts of our business.
Online and telephone access 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to a medical team to answer your health questions. The medical team are ready to help whether that’s to talk about a specific health worry, medication and treatment, or simply to provide a little guidance and reassurance. You can speak to them day and night.

Our helpful online Health Centres bring together the latest information from our own experts, specialist organisations and NHS resources. You and your family benefit from practical information all in one place. Health matters range from Ageing well, fitness and exercise through to specific conditions and illnesses such as cancer, mental health and diabetes.
Plus you can also put your own questions forward at regular live online discussions or alternatively via ‘Ask the Expert’ and the appropriate medical professional will respond.

The stress and worry of being diagnosed with a serious illness can put extreme pressure on you and your family. More often than not the diagnosis throws up lots of questions and it can feel like there is no one there to give the answers so desperately needed.
Members, or relatives of a member that's diagnosed with cancer or a heart condition, can be put in touch with our Dedicated Nurse Service.
Our friendly nurses are at the end of the phone for you and your family from day one and will provide clinical medical support and guidance during and after diagnosis, illness and treatment. All of our nurses have years of experience and will take the time to guide you through the next steps, dispel the myths and translate the jargon.
