If you’re setting up a new account you’ll need your email address and membership number, which you can find on your membership documents or emails from us.

Once you’re set up, you’ll go through some questions and can upload a photo of your skin concern to help your consultant dermatologist understand and assess your symptoms.
Consultant review
The consultant dermatologist will review your case within three working days and guide you through your next steps – including if you need a face-to-face consultation or any tests.
If your consultant believes your skin concern might be skin cancer, they will call you to explain and refer you into our skin cancer diagnostic service if you have outpatient specialist consultations and diagnostic tests included in your membership.
The dermatology service includes the following, as needed, as long as you have the appropriate benefits for outpatient specialist consultations and diagnostic tests:
1 If you’re a member on a large corporate scheme, login to your wellbeing hub to check if you have access to the dermatology service. If you don’t have access, call us
on your claims line number in your handbook, and we’ll advise you on available options.​
2 Based on members waiting an average of 46.11 days for a face-to-face appointment with a dermatologist. Jan – Dec 2023 when using our specialist appointment booking service.
3 Not available on child only plans. If you’re a member on a large corporate scheme you can check if you have access to this service on your wellbeing hub.
Accessing treatment or making a claim is subject to your underwriting, so please check your membership documents for details of how your membership covers pre-existing conditions/symptoms. As well as your underwriting, there may be other reasons why your treatment may not be covered.
