Online GP appointments that fit around you

Squeeze in an appointment before your morning run. Chat when you get home from work. Pop in a lunchtime video call.

With our online GP service, powered by Doctor Care Anywhere1, you can select from a choice of appointments by video or phone, 365 days a year, with a GP or Advanced Clinical Practitioner. GPs are available 24 hours a day and Advance Clinical Practitioners are available from 8am-10pm (appointments may not always be available at the time you want). You don’t even need to set foot in a waiting room.

You can’t postpone back pain or schedule a sprain

Get the help you need; we've made sure our members can speak to an expert fast and without a GP referral.

Members aged 18 and over can get direct access to:

  • Remote appointments delivered by video or phone with a physiotherapist or specialist.
  • Diagnostic tests if required.
  • Tailored support to help you get better – be that self-help exercises at home, or further treatment.

If you have any face-to-face appointments, scans or x-rays, you will need the appropriate cover on your plan and any excess or benefit limits will apply. Please also check details of how your membership covers pre-existing conditions.

Our nurses and counsellors are here to answer questions 24/7 on a wide range of medical conditions and treatments.

Our midwives and pharmacists are available weekdays 8am to 8pm, Saturday 8am to 4pm, and Sundays 8am to 12pm.
