Yes, our Workplace Health Gateway supports employees so they can choose an independent medical assessment at a time that suits them best. Employees will be first offered appointments closest to the current date to support speed of referral and prompt guidance.
For health surveillance and fitness for work assessments we'll work with you to agree available dates, which you can then have a member of your team schedule and assign, your employees can then simply confirm their availability or reschedule.
Yes, we have a manager helpline manned by clinicians (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm). Managers can speak to them for guidance. This is in addition to training and support for managers using the portal and Occupational Health service.
Yes, the online portal ‘Workplace Health Gateway’ has case information updated in real time so managers can check on a case status 24/7.
