Hussle Monthly+ Pass Prize draw – January 2025

Terms and conditions

The promoter of the prize draw is AXA Health, trading name of AXA PPP Healthcare Group Limited (Registered No. 03148346), whose registered office is at 20 Gracechurch Street, London EC3V 0BG (“we” “us” “AXA Health” or the “Promoter”).   

The third-party leading and handling the administration of the prize draw is Archway Fitness Ltd t/a Hussle 2023 (Registered Number 14042412), whose registered office is at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU (“Hussle”).

Eligibility and Entering the Prize Draw

  1. The prize draw is only open to entrants who are resident in the United Kingdom and are over the age of 16 at the time of entering the prize draw (“Eligible Person”). Proof of age may be required.
  2. To enter the prize draw, you must purchase the Hussle Monthly+ Pass (the “Pass”), using the AXA Health discount (the “Discount”) in accordance with the terms and conditions found below:

  1. One entry permitted per Eligible person, in the Prize Draw Period (as defined below).
  2. Eligibility of entrants will be decided by Hussle whose decision shall be final and binding. Hussle reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and has the right to reject any entries that appear to be materially incorrect or fraudulent.
  3. Subject to all relevant terms and conditions, a purchase of the Pass using the Discount automatically enters you into the prize draw. At any point during the Prize Draw Period, if you would like to withdraw from the prize draw, you may do so at any time by contacting Hussle at  info@hussle.com.

Prize Draw Information

  1. The Winner shall receive a free 12-month membership of the Hussle Monthly+ Pass (the “Prize”).
  2. The Prize will be identical to the type of Pass you purchased to enter the prize draw. The Prize cannot be exchanged for another type of Hussle Monthly+ Pass.
  3. There is only one prize draw period:

  4. Any Pass purchased before or after the Prize Draw Period will not be eligible for participation in the prize draw.

    Winning and Claiming the Prize Draw

  5. There will only be one winner for this Prize Draw Period. (the “Winner”).
  6. At the end of the Prize Draw Period, the Promoter will select the Winner via an independently verified prize draw selection process or a random number generator.
  7. The Winner, upon claiming the Prize in accordance with these terms and conditions will be provided with a code to activate the Prize. Upon activating the Prize, the Winner’s current membership will be replaced.
  8. At the end of the 12-month period, the Pass will automatically renew at the regular rates. The Winner may cancel the Prize at any time during the 12-month period. Following that, the Winner will still be able to use the Prize until the end of the 12-month period where the membership will not automatically renew, and you will not be charged. 
  9. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding.
  10. The Prize is not transferable and is for use by the Winners only.  There is no cash alternative. The Promoter or Hussle reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of greater or equal value.
  11. The Promoter is not responsible if the Winners is unable to accept the Prize or does not use the Prize for any reason whatsoever and no alternative prizes are offered.
  12. The Promoter is not responsible if the Winners is unable to attend certain gyms due to venue restrictions or age restrictions, pursuant to Hussle’s terms and conditions.

    Winner Notification

  13. The Winner will be contacted by Hussle by way of email within 5 working days from the end of the Prize Draw Periods.
  14. The Winners will have 30-days to claim the Prize from the date upon which Hussle first contacts the Winner for the purposes of claiming the Prize.
  15. In the event of an unclaimed Prize, the Promoter may choose to reallocate the Prize, at its sole and absolute discretion. If the Promoter does so, the same acceptance and contract period shall apply.
  16. You will not be notified if you do not win the prize draw.

    General Terms

  18. By participating in this prize draw, you agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions and those of any relevant third party and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional material. In the event of any conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence. Other than the terms and conditions set out here, the relevant terms and conditions are as follows:

  19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, network or server failure of any kind.
  20. You agree that once the Prize is delivered to you in accordance with these terms and conditions, you are subject to Hussle’s membership terms and conditions found here. The Promoter accepts no responsibility after the delivery of the Prize to the Winners.
  21. The Winner consents to the use of their name and home town/city to be used by the Promoter and its associated companies during the Prize Draw Period and for post-event publicity purposes (including but not limited to publishing on its relevant social media accounts and in the media) and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by the Promoter relating to any publicity unless otherwise stated in advance to the Promoter.
  22. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  23. By taking part in the prize draw, you agree that the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, disappointment or personal injury whatsoever suffered or sustained by you in connection with the prize draw (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, income or goodwill), the use of any prize, or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter or its affiliates, save for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including fraud, gross negligence or for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s or its affiliates’ negligence).
  24. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

    Data Protection

  25. “Personal data” and “processing” shall have the meanings set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). Any reference to personal data includes a reference to sensitive personal data, as applicable, whereby sensitive personal data means personal data that incorporates such categories of data as are listed in Article 9(1) of the GDPR.
  26. By entering the prize draw, the entrants agree that Hussle and the Promoter may collect personal data from the entrants. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes the information submitted by the entrants when they register for an account with Hussle and consent to the use of their personal information for the purposes specified in these terms and conditions.
  27. Each entrant agrees that the Promoter may only use their personal data in connection with the prize draw for the following purposes:
    a. to administer the prize draw in accordance with these terms and conditions; and
    b. to notify the Winner that they have won the prize draw.
    c. for post-event publicity purposes including but not limited to announcing the Winner on AXA Group’s social media accounts or company website.

    Personal data of each entrant shall not be used by the Promoter for any other purpose other than those listed above.  We will not use your personal data to contact you about AXA Health products or services.

  28. Personal data shall be destroyed and/or deleted after the prize draw unless otherwise agreed between the Promoter and the entrant or Hussle and the entrant.
  29. You can change your mind and/or request for your personal data to be destroyed and/or deleted at any time by writing to the:
    c. Intermediary and Corporate Marketing Team at AXA PPP Healthcare Group Limited, 20 Gracechurch Street, London, EC3V 0BG; or
    d.  Hussle at info@hussle.com.
  30. The Promoter shall comply with its obligations under the Data Protection Act 2018 and the GDPR.
