Talking can be the first step in improving your mind health. It may feel difficult, not knowing where or how to begin, but talking to others can help. It can reduce feelings of anxiety or isolation, and in many cases, it can be the first step to feeling better about things.
In our Group Therapy documentary**, we asked a group of stand-up comedians to discuss their experiences managing their mental health. Whether that be juggling family dynamics, supporting loved ones or dealing with work pressures, they all think that talking to others has helped them to navigate their challenges. They believe sharing is therapeutic.
