Flexible choice
Build a health assessment approach unique to your business. Choose the health assessment you require from either Wellbeing Consultation or Know Your Numbers, or a combination of the two. Choose to support your whole workforce or just focus on certain employee populations. And the assessments are delivered onsite or remotely, making it easy for you to support those in the office, at home or working across the two.
Wellbeing consultation
Each consultation lasts 30 minutes so there’s plenty of time to explore your employees’ mental wellbeing as well as lifestyle factors. This comprehensive assessment will give your employees a holistic view of their health so they can see where they’re doing well and where they need to take steps to look after themselves better, both physically and mentally. Each consultation looks at:
- Height, weight, BMI
- Blood pressure and heart rate
- Blood glucose
- Total/ HDL (high-density lipoprotein) cholesterol
- Lifestyle and nutrition
- Exercise and alcohol consumption
- Family history
- Sleep and fatigue
- Stress and anxiety
- Resilience
- Emotional health
- Psychological health

Know your numbers health assessment
Each consultation is a 15-minute health assessment for each of your employees. They’ll gain an invaluable understanding of their health measured against key health markers such as:
- Height, weight, BMI
- Blood pressure and heart rate
- Blood glucose
- Total/high-density lipoprotein cholesterol
- Lifestyle and nutrition
- Exercise and alcohol consumption
- Sleep and fatigue
- Stress and anxiety
- Resilience

Price shown are correct as of 1 January 2024, valid until 1 January 2025 and exclude VAT. Please be aware for all onsite activities we may need to add the cost of travel and/or accommodation depending on location. For remote assessments we will send the report following a questionnaire. Please note: remote assessments will not include certain key markers such as blood pressure etc, if physical tests are required, then our delivery team can advise you.
The price of each day will depend on how many days you book and how many attend and it if takes place at your
company or remotely.

Cholesterol and glucose test
A short 10-minute test to inform your employees of their cholesterol and glucose levels, allowing them to see if they might be vulnerable to serious conditions such as heart disease, stokes and diabetes. Our physiologist will talk your employees through their results, helping them understand why improving their cholesterol and glucose levels matters and direct them to further support if needed.

An interactive, clinically robust health assessment kiosk which measures your employee’s height, weight, BMI , blood pressure, heart rate plus much more.
