Build a health assessment approach unique to your business. Choose the health assessment you require from either Wellbeing Consultation or Know Your Numbers, or a combination of the two. And the assessments are delivered onsite or remotely, making it easy for you to support those in the office, at home or working across the two.
Each consultation lasts 30 minutes so there’s plenty of time to explore your employees’ mental wellbeing as well as lifestyle factors. We've made booking and managing health assessments easy for your employees. Via our new wellbeing services booking platform, accessible via the AXA Health app.
Your employees will be able to
On confirming the dates, times and locations for health assessments, we'll set them up to a profile only employees at your organisation can see. Those accessing via the App, needn't login to another system, your companies' profile will be set up already. Similarly, if your company is not using the AXA Health App you’ll have a web address unique to your organisation.
Know Your Numbers is a shorter assessment, focuses on key health markers with the addition of a short resilience questionnaire and targeted support and guidance advising on appropriate next steps.
Wellbeing Consultation offers the same key physical health markers but offers a more in depth focus on mental wellbeing, an increased question set and added time to explore most appropriate onward support this may include health coaching (dependent on client services purchased).
The Know Your Numbers and Wellbeing Consultations are delivered by onsite or online by experienced physiologists.
The blood test kits, assessments and results are delivered by Randox.
If any health risks show up during their consultation, a physiologist will suggest some actions your employee can take to get on the right track. They’ll point them towards the support they can get from your employee assistance programme if you have one. If their health risks are particularly high, and you’ve chosen health coaching1 for your teams from our range of wellbeing services, they can be referred for further support. Health coaching helps people form or stick to helthy habits, while mental wellbeing coaching is aimed at helping those who want to reach their full potential but aren't suitable for clinical mental health treatments.
If you have assessments onsite we require a room large enough for a table and 2 chairs, plus adequate floor space for a stadiometer and scales. The room must be private and confidential.
If you’ve chosen remote assessments for your employees, they will need to have completed and returned the remote blood test before the assessment if they want these results.
A 4-hour fast can be favourable, although it is optional. We still test those who haven’t fasted. When reporting back we use different healthy ranges for fasted vs non-fasted to take this into account.
No, the questions covered within the consultation are completely optional. If an employee has a remote assessment, they will be sent a blood test kit, however this is optional. If they want to receive the results, this will need to taken and sent back prior to them attending the consultation. The blood test sent to them prior to the consultation is optional.

The delivery times are between 9.30am and 4.30pm. The assessments occur in 4 x 30-minute blocks, therefore a natural break occurring at 11.30am-12pm and 2-2.30pm. A Physiologist will look to arrive at approximately 8.45am to set up and will likely leave at 4.45pm.
