Men have a lower life expectancy than women.1 But it isn’t always down to genetics. Risky health behaviours, not knowing the symptoms and avoiding the GP are just some of the other reasons. It’s time to make a change.
For men, recognising the signs of ill health, whether physical or mental, and taking steps to improve their lifestyle can make a big difference.
