Each menopause journey is different. Three out of four women experience symptoms and as many as one in four have serious symptoms.2 Our menopause awareness sessions help employees understand what menopause is, how to recognise the symptoms and how individuals may be affected by it.
The session also looks at the options available to manage symptoms and long-term health, as well as the support available and how to access it, both in and outside of work.
Learn about:
- How menopause differs and how it can affect us
- Ways to recognise, manage and adapt
- Available support and guidance.
