With musculoskeletal disorders (MSD) being the highest reason for sickness absence in the UK2, there’s a high chance your employees will develop some type of bone, muscle or joint pain during their working life. But small changes to things they do everyday can lower the risk of developing an MSD, meaning time in and out of work can be enjoyed pain free.
