We’re here to help put your employees’ minds at ease. No worry is too small – if it matters to them, it matters to us.

The 24/7 health support line cannot respond to emergencies. If your employee requires an urgent response or has a medical emergency we ask they call 111/999 or attend A&E.
Your people can check their medication with a pharmacist. Discuss their treatment options with a nurse. Talk to a counsellor about how they’re feeling. Speak to a midwife about their pregnancy. They can call and ask us anything they like about their health, anytime.

Sometimes you want to explore a health issue in more detail. Our Online Health Centres ‘Staying Healthy’ make this easy. They bring together the latest information, facts and tips from our own experts, leading medical authorities, specialist charities and NHS resources.
Your teams can write their concerns in an email and ask our health professionals for advice - we will aim to get back within 24 hours. The team have many years of experience across a range of disciplines.
When it comes to heart disease or cancer, there is no roadmap to follow. Our experienced heart and cancer nurses are here, following diagnosis, to listen, support and help and be a consistent point of contact.
