25% of those surveyed in our latest Mind Health Report are affected by anxiety, stress or depression at severe or more extreme levels.​ Only 22% of the UK population is truly flourishing.

45% of employees say the ‘difficulty achieving a healthy work-life balance’ negatively impacts their mental health.​ 18-34s are the most likely to be negatively impacted by all factors, but 35-54s aren’t far behind. ​

1 in 4 UK respondents believe workplace programmes are a primary source of information for mental health. ​Working people who are well informed on mental health are more likely to be flourishing.​
