To see the great wellbeing offers and benefits that come with your private healthcare, visit your company’s Wellbeing Hub. You can follow the progress of your claim in ‘Manage my plan’, browse online health support and access other AXA Health services your company may have. Your log-in details will be on your welcome and renewal letters.
Manage your membership online
For those plans with access to Member Online, make this the first place you go to see how much of your cover you’ve used; check the conditions, treatments and payments you’ve claimed for; and safely upload documents and invoices. Find online health support from others in HealthUnlocked or message us directly with a query. It’s easy to register – you'll just need your AXA Health membership number.
