These terms and conditions apply to our two months free cover for new individual customers promotion.
The promoter of this offer is AXA PPP Healthcare Group Limited (registered number 03148346), whose registered office is at 20 Gracechurch Street, London EC3V 0BG, (“we” or “us” or the “Promoter”). We are a service company to AXA Health (as defined below), and both companies are part of the AXA Group (as defined below).
“AXA Group” means AXA UK Plc and its subsidiary companies, any holding company of AXA UK Plc and any subsidiary companies of such holding company, as such terms are defined in section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006.
“AXA Health” means AXA PPP healthcare Limited.
“Broker” means an agent who is authorised to act in the interests of AXA Group and sell an Eligible Plan to the Customer.
“Eligible Plan” means the (i) Personal Health plan or, (ii) Health for You (including Child Only policies), individual UK private medical insurance plan underwritten by AXA PPP healthcare Limited.
“Offer Period” means the period starting on 4 February 2025 and ending on 31 March 2025.
Eligibility for the promotion
1. To take advantage of this promotion, the Customer must:
a) be over the age of 18;
b) receive a quote for an Eligible Plan from a Broker within the Offer Period;
c) purchase an Eligible Plan from a Broker within the Offer Period, with cover also starting within the Offer Period; and
d) be a new Customer and must not and cannot have in the last three months, been a member of any individual or corporate plan, policy or trust scheme underwritten or administered by AXA PPP healthcare Limited or AXA Health Services Limited.
2. There is only one Offer Period:

Claiming the promotion
3. Subject to these terms, and provided that the Customer fulfils the conditions set out in Clause 1, the Customer shall receive 2 months of insurance cover for free in the first year of cover in their Eligible Plan.
4. If the Customer wishes to pay for the annual premium of their insurance plan by one single annual payment, the Customer will only be charged for 10 months’ worth of cover in that single payment. For the avoidance of doubt, if the Customer pays for the annual premium by way of one single annual payment, they will still receive a 5% discount for paying annually.
5. If the Customer wishes to pay for the insurance plan in monthly instalments, then month 4 and month 5 of their insurance plan will be free and will not require any payment.
Additional Promotion
6. Provided that the Customer fulfils the conditions set out in Clause 7 below, the Customer may be eligible for an Additional Promotion, where they shall receive 1 month of insurance cover for free in the second year of cover in their Eligible Plan (the “Additional Promotion”).
7. To be eligible for the Additional Promotion, the Customer must meet the criteria set out below:
a. the Customer must fulfil the conditions set out in Clause 1;
b. the Customer must renew their Eligible Plan for a second year of cover;
c. the Customer (and any Claimant’s named on the Customer’s insurance policy) must either:
For the avoidance of doubt, if a Customer uses any of the services outlined in Clause 15 below, they will still remain eligible for the Additional Promotion.
8. If a Customer does not fulfil the conditions set out in Clause 7, then they will not be eligible for the Additional Promotion and from the second year and onwards of their selected insurance plan, the Customer will be charged at the normal rates.
General information
9. Any Eligible Plan purchased before or after the Offer Period, will not be eligible for this promotion.
10. Any Eligible Plan that has a cover start date that is before or after the Offer Period, will not be eligible for this promotion .
11. Any Eligible Plan that has not been purchased via a Broker, will not be eligible for this promotion.
12. If a Customer receives an initial quote for an Eligible Plan, prior to the quote received in the Offer Period, and the initial quote was received less than 60 days before the start of the Offer Period, they will not be eligible for this promotion.
13. If the Customer fail to comply with these terms, they shall not be eligible for this promotion.
14. If the Customer does not renew their Eligible Plan, for a second year of cover, they will not be eligible for the Additional Promotion.
15. If the Customer makes any claims in their first year of insurance cover where an excess would be applicable to the claim (or part of) and the claim exceeds the excess amount on their plan, they will not be eligible for the Additional Promotion.

• If you have the Dentist and Optician Cashback Option: any claim for dentist’s fees, optician’s fees or eye tests
• If you have Comprehensive Cancer Cover: any claim for wigs, head coverings or hospice donations.
*Please note – any onward referrals or treatment recommended by the clinician from these services would represent a claim that incurs an excess and therefore the Customer would no longer be eligible for the Additional Promotion if the value of the claim exceeds the excess amount.
16. This offer is non-transferable with no cash alternative. The offer is limited to one offer per policy and may be withdrawn at any time or substituted for an equivalent product.
17. This offer must not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
18. The Customer’s personal data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing the offer. AXA Health will comply with all requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018.
19. AXA Health reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, cancel or amend this offer at any time without notice.
20. AXA Health is not liable for any offer that is lost, stolen, or unused unless these are caused by AXA Health’s negligence.
21. By taking advantage of this offer, the Customer agrees that AXA Health are not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with this offer or use of the offer (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, income or goodwill), save for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including fraud, gross negligence or for death or personal injury caused by our or our affiliates’ negligence).
22. AXA Health reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms & conditions, the Eligible Customers shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
23. The terms and conditions of the offer do not alter or vary the terms and conditions of any AXA policy which may be purchased.
24. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
25. This offer is subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
