Intermediary and Customer Marks & Spencer Gift Card Promotion Terms and Conditions

A Marks & Spencer gift card worth £100 is available for any new personal customer who purchases: an individual AXA PPP healthcare Personal Health plan, an individual Health-on-Line Health For You policy or an individual inSpire Health Plan (each an “Eligible Policy”):

• with a policy sold between 1 September and 31 October 2022 inclusive with a policy start date between 1 September and 31 October 2022 inclusive; or
• with a policy submitted date between 14 February – 18 March 2023 inclusive (policy sold and start dates may differ),

through an intermediary who has current Terms of Business with AXA PPP healthcare Limited or Health-on-Line Company UK Limited (the “AXA Companies”), (the “Offer”).

This Offer is not applicable to child only policies, or for any customer that has been a member of an Eligible Policy* within the three months prior to their intended new Eligible Policy start date. This offer is only applicable for new customers and is not applicable for group leavers. One gift card per main policyholder. This offer is non -transferable and cannot be substituted for a cash alternative and is not a guarantee that the product or service is available. Offer limited to customers who are not, and have not in the last three months, been a member of any individual or corporate plan, policy or trust scheme underwritten or administered by AXA PPP healthcare Limited or AXA Health Services Limited.

We need you (the customer) to supply a valid email address. We will share the Offer redemption details with you via email after 90 days of your Eligible Policy start date. The Offer must be redeemed online. Gift cards will be issued and sent via recorded post after you have redeemed the Offer online. 

Failure to comply with these terms and conditions means that you will not be entitled to receive the Offer. Please note that if you cancel your Eligible Policy before 90 days, you will no longer be able to redeem this Offer. This Offer may be withdrawn at any time or substituted for an equivalent promotion. By taking advantage of this Offer, you agree that the AXA Companies are not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with this Offer or use of the gift card (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, income or goodwill), save for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including fraud, gross negligence or for death or personal injury caused by the AXA Companies or the AXA Companies affiliates’ negligence).
